Referral Bonus Policy and Terms
We appreciate your efforts in referring qualified candidates to our organization. To recognize and reward your contribution, we have established a referral bonus program. Please review the following policy and terms regarding the referral bonus.
Referral Bonus Amount: The referral bonus for each successful candidate referral is set at 800 U$D
Eligibility:
a. Anyone is eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
b. Referrals must be for candidates who are not already in our client's recruitment pipeline.
c. The referrer must follow the designated referral process outlined in our referral program guidelines.
Successful Candidate Placement:
To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must:
a. Be successfully hired and complete the probationary period as defined by our client's policies.
b. Meet all the qualifications, requirements, and assessments for the position they are hired into.
Payment Timing: The referral bonus will be paid three months after the referred candidate's probationary period is successfully completed. This allows us to ensure the candidate's suitability and commitment to the organization.
Communication and Notification: Once the referred candidate has successfully completed their probationary period, the referrer will be notified of their eligibility for the referral bonus. The payment details and method will be discussed and agreed upon individually with the referrer.
Program Changes and Termination: Our organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral bonus program at any time and for any reason. Any changes to the program will be communicated to the participants.
Compliance: By participating in the referral bonus program, the referrer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
